Welcome to Johnson Cleaning Co. By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
We provide residential cleaning services, including recurring, one-time, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and specialty services. All services must be scheduled in advance. Services may be subject to availability.
Appointments must be booked through our website, phone, or approved platforms. Cancellations must be made at least
24 hours before your scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the scheduled service). Repeated cancellations may result in denial of future service.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payments. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection and additional fees.
It is your responsibility to provide access to the property on the scheduled day/time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Johnson Cleaning Co. is fully insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages, items not disclosed as fragile, or damage resulting from the use of non-standard surfaces or materials. Customers are encouraged to remove valuables prior to service.
Our team members are professional and respectful. Any form of abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward staff may result in immediate termination of service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
